CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Exhibition is reserved to Italian and Foreign Companies of an industrial, commercial and artisan nature .
Pools, institutions, associations, organizations and press operators working in the product categories related to the Exhibition's object are allowed to participate too.
The participation of these latest operators is subject to the rules of the General Regulations, where enforceable, and they will be located in specific areas, according to the lay out established by the Organizers.
The participation of 'Collectives', organized by Agencies and Institutions, is subject to the specific rules to be requested at the Secretary's Office.
Each applicant shall prove his belonging to one of the above mentioned categories by producing the relevant documents.
Companies interested in taking for the firs time, are kindly asked to forward the pre-partecipation form on the web site; they will be contacted by our Sales Office.
From October/November every year Ente Fieristico MIfur sends partecipation forms to interested companies and to all those who took part in the last Mifur Fair.
TIMES OF POSSIBLE RENUNCIATIONS
The Exhibitor is allowed to back out of the contract within and not beyond the sixtieth day before the opening of the Exhibition by a registered mail letter which must arrive at MIFUR within the above mentioned date.
As the amount due for the withdrawal Exhibitors must pay the same amount as given at the time of the submission of the Application as a penalty.
In case of the renunciation after the above mentioned term of the sixtieth days the Exhibitor shall pay the entire fee.

For the submission use the Form inside the Technical Regulations.
CATALOGUE
The Catalogue of the Exhibition is given free of charge to the Exhibitors and Visitors from the very first day of the event.
